However, multiple users report severe issues such as loading problems, login and authentication errors, PIN inconsistencies, and difficulties uploading receipt photos. Additionally, errors during the ICR process and inability to accept terms of service hinder usability, causing frustration and limiting functionality.

I have installed and uninstalled the about 8 times and each time when I log in it says "unable to authenticate user". I am an Adinistrator with my copany and have full access rights.
