The Living World is a text-based cosmic horror RPG set in an ordinary modern city, where an "abnormality" permeates.
Players gather clues to uncover the truth behind the events, but every choice they make along the way alters world erosion, mental contamination, reputation, and power dynamics, leaving irreversible consequences.

At the heart of the game is a multi-role AI system with distinct roles.
The Game Master AI shapes situations and choices, while the World Simulator AI simulates time, weather, and world events, driving the world. The NPC AI maintains key character dialogue and memories, while the Echo AI focuses on mental contamination and abyss erosion events, amplifying anxiety and danger signals. The Mystery AI manages the Grand Mystery's clues and progression, ensuring each playthrough is a spontaneous yet coherent narrative.

Furthermore, through the Living World and indirect multiplayer (asynchronous), notes and traces left by other players, as well as shared world news and events, influence your playthrough. Even when playing solo, the sense of "living through the same city together" is fostered, leading to moments of cooperation and competition.

Finally, the Abyss Market offers powerful benefits, but it also demands a price. Not only currency, but also immaterial rewards like memories and mental power are traded, and this system maximizes the dilemma of choice and narrative tension.

Each game presents a different storyline and ending, with a gradually escalating sense of anxiety and the weight of choice.
