2025-01-28	Bo*****	Just letting everybody no pairing this device was not easy it kept dropping the connection and not being able to find the headset. Had to uninstall it and reconnect it four times before it began working hopefully it keeps working and I just opened the earphones today

2024-11-12	Je*****	READ THIS TO FIX YOUR ISSUE. For those having a hard time with the app not detecting your headphones, allow me to help since Dell clearly does not care. Connect the headphones to your computer via dongle and perform the firmware update using Dell's firmware updater available from their website. The headphones will then be detected by the app, and you can perform future firmware updates via app. Not many features in the app. Don't really find the point of this app besides future firmware update.

2024-10-02	Ph*****	The app refuses to connect to the Dell WL7024 headset that I just got. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, unpairing and repairing the headset, and multiple combinations of all three of those in different orders. No matter what I do, I cannot get the app to find my headset. Also the "tip" when it doesn't find the headset is super passive aggressive. "Bring the headset closer to your phone to enhance its discoverability". Brother my phone is ON TOP OF IT.
