The delivery service is serious so so so so oo frustrating. I m literally done with this My exchange parcel is showing pending for the last 7 to 8 days and no one is coming to collect it and in the delivery app it just shows that packaging is out but no one comes. If I call to collect it, no one picks up the call. No one responds. It is completely useless, my experience is useless. And if I complain, I get only one message. Sorry for inconvenience..🙂

Terrible support system. Package stuck in delivery for three days and reflects as a 'slight delay.' They just have an automated response system which gives vague responses instead of proper solutions. Very poor experience. I took off another star after I realsied even their Google replies are auto-generated. They lie to their brand partners saying they have delivered the packages and to their customers saying deliveries are delayed. No business should tie up with these cheats.
