One of the most important elements in a cleaning service is the systematic quality control through a standardized and quantifiable procedure.
In our commitment to continuous improvement, we have developed a system of quality control, unique in the market based on the European standard EN13549, which sets out the "Basic requirements and recommendations for systems measuring quality" in cleaning services.
Although this standard is not yet mandatory in our country, already it required in some tenders for cleaning services in Europe, for example, in facilities of the European Commission.
In developing APPRUEBA we have driven the most interesting aspects of the standard, always seeking a balance between functionality and operability.
The system is based on periodic inspections, in which elements from different areas are examined, chosen randomly.
Each element has different parameters assigned cleaning, and compliance of each parameter is scored with a rating from 0 to 5.
The result of each inspection is a calculation from the scores, considering that some elements and parameters, to be more critical, have more weight in the final grade.
The scoring system allows any incidents for review, and submit a report to the client. The data analysis allows precise level of quality assessment is being offered.
