Verafy turns the people right next to you into a network. Conferences, co-working spaces, Airports, university quads, events — anywhere people gather, Verafy quietly finds the ones you'd actually want to meet.

HOW IT WORKS
• Set your intent in 30 seconds — what you're open to right now
• Verafy uses Bluetooth Low Energy to find other Verafy users in
the room
• A privacy-preserving resonance score is computed on your device.
Matching is performed locally; Verafy does not transmit your
profile to the server for the purpose of BLE matching.
• When the score is strong enough, both phones surface a match card

PROXIMITY-FIRST, NOT LOCATION
Verafy never reads or stores your GPS. Android requires Location permission as a precondition for any BLE scan that can return
results — that is the only reason Verafy asks for it. Matches only appear when both of you are in Bluetooth range — typically the
same room or venue.

CONTEXTUAL FOCUS
Tell Verafy what you're open to in the next few hours — "Fundraising," "Speaker," "Hackathon teaming," "Cold plunge buddies." Tags expire automatically so you stay in control.

ANCHOR EVENTS
Event organisers can deploy a Verafy Anchor — a fixed Bluetooth beacon that adds event context to every match in the venue. No setup required by attendees.

WORKS OFFLINE
Discovery, matching, requests, and chat all work over Bluetooth without an internet connection. Login and profile sync use the internet only when available.

YOU ARE IN CONTROL
• Stealth Mode hides you from scanners with one tap
• Contact information (email / phone) is never broadcast over Bluetooth and is only shared after both users agree
• Delete your entire account at any time from Profile → Settings, or on the web at https://verafy.me/delete-account

myVERA — IN-APP AI HELP
myVera is an AI assistant trained on the Verafy support knowledge base. It only answers Verafy product questions, with clear AI-content disclosure and rate limits.
