F-Gas Solutions

F-Gas Solutions is a user-friendly Chrome extension developed by Climalife designed to assist professionals in complying with the European regulation (EU) 2024/573 known as “F-Gas III,” effective from March 11, 2024. It provides essential tools to manage fluorinated greenhouse gases used in refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, and related equipment.

Key features include a load calculator that determines the Global Warming Potential (GWP) and CO2 equivalent load of refrigerants and gases. The leak detection module advises on mandatory inspection frequencies for various equipment types containing fluorinated gases. Additionally, the app offers a "Climalife Certified F-Gas Solutions" section, detailing recommended process fluids compliant with current regulations across applications like HVAC, refrigeration, transport, fire protection, foams, and aerosols. Users can access data on refrigerants such as HFOs, HFCs, hydrocarbons, ammonia, CO2, and special gases like SF6, ensuring informed decision-making to meet environmental compliance and sustainability goals.
