What can you do in Work Value?

Work Value is a completely innovative app that aims to renew the way we hire staff and improve the possibilities of organic promotion for workers.

For this, the app is divided into 3 profiles, each one with its functions:

Client: You will be able to leave opinions to the workers for their services, contributing to their improvement and promotion.

Worker: You will be able to receive opinions from clients for the service provided. The more opinions with good scores you receive, the higher you can reach.

Entrepreneur: You can register your company (or yourself as a freelancer), hire new workers and analyze through graphs and scores the quality of service and the evolution of your current workers.

This APP has been developed during the tough year 2020 and part of 2021, with the purpose of expanding job opportunities and the speed with which fully valid personnel are found.

The difference with the rest of the labor recruitment companies is the verification of the workers' abilities through direct opinions of the clients. If 100 clients say that a worker deserves a good grade, it is because he is a fully capable and valid person in the position he performs.

This will allow companies to save hours and thousands of euros in the search for personnel, and workers to seek better job opportunities by having their abilities fully verified, as well as getting a boost of motivation to improve, obtain better scores and see their good work reflected.
