Defensa Vial Colombia is a private, independent app for consulting traffic regulations for drivers in Colombia. It is NOT an official app of the Colombian government. It is not represented by, affiliated with, authorized by, or sponsored by the Ministry of Transportation, RUNT, SIMIT, the National Police, transportation secretariats, municipalities, governor's offices, or traffic authorities.

It does not provide public services, issue official documents, process government paperwork, automatically consult government databases, or replace professional legal advice. The information is for informational and educational purposes; users should verify their case with the corresponding official entity or a qualified professional.

Features: informative consultation of traffic regulations, roadside support cards, regulatory support per card, official sources, local data organization, and editable draft information. The app does not record audio, video, or photos, nor does it activate the camera or microphone. It may allow users to select existing images using the system's image selector; it does not request permanent, full access to the multimedia library.
