Even I want to give them rating in minus. My order ID was #11182. I have filled the bank details form on 31st December 2024.but till now I did not get the refund...they provide very very poor and unprofessional customer service. I have seen them on platform sharktank but now this company is not providing the refund....they have switched off the contact number...and in WhatsApp they are not responding to the calls...very very unprofessional behavior as they are not replying to emails.
