WorkTrack — Attendance, Leave & Payroll, Verified by Location

WorkTrack is an all-in-one HR app for companies with one or more office locations. Employees punch in and out with GPS-verified geofencing checked against every one of your company's offices — not just a single assigned branch — so attendance is accurate no matter which location someone works from that day.

For Employees

Punch in/out with one tap, verified against your office's location
Apply for leave and track your balance in real time
Request corrections for a missed or incorrect punch
Works offline — punches and leave requests queue locally and sync automatically once you're back online
View your attendance history and download payslips
Get notified the moment your leave or correction request is decided
For Admins & HR

Real-time dashboard: who's present, absent, or on leave today, at a glance
Manage employees, departments, designations, offices, and work shifts from your phone
Configure holidays, leave types, and leave balances per employee
Review and approve leave and attendance-correction requests
Run payroll: configurable salary structures, PF/ESI/professional tax/TDS deductions, and downloadable payslips
Export attendance and payroll reports as CSV or Excel
Bulk-import your employee list instead of adding people one by one
Full audit log of who approved or changed what
For Managers

See your direct reports' attendance at a glance
Approve or reject your team's leave and correction requests, scoped to just your team
Built for how offices actually work

Multi-office support: employees can punch in at any of your company's branches, not just one fixed location
Configurable weekly-offs and holiday calendars, so payroll never miscounts a day off as an absence
Role-based navigation — Admin, HR, Manager, and Employee each see exactly what's relevant to them
Optional Google Sign-In and push notifications for a faster, more connected experience
Whether you're running a single office or a growing multi-branch team, WorkTrack keeps attendance honest, leave organized, and payroll straightforward — all from your phone.
