More detailed information is required for electric and hybrid cars. The medical guidelines are very vague and inappropriate. Never put yourself in danger, creating another casualty. All vehicles should be equipped with a first aid kit and a high Vis vest. if it's an electrical fire don't touch the vehicle at all. Danger of electricution. call emergency services.
