Offline Cashier: POS

Offline Cashier is a practical point-of-sale and business record-keeping app for small shops and businesses. Record sales, manage inventory, track customer debt, and review business reports directly on your Android device.

The app uses local Super User and operator accounts protected by a PIN. Your store accounts and core business data remain on the device. No online account is required, and the core cashier features work without an internet connection.

MAIN FEATURES

• CASH AND CREDIT SALES
Create a cart, apply a discount, record the amount paid, calculate change, or save a sale as customer debt.

• PRODUCTS AND INVENTORY
Manage products, categories, barcodes, units, purchase prices, selling prices, current stock, and minimum stock levels.

• STOCK MOVEMENTS
Record incoming stock, outgoing stock, damaged goods, corrections, and review the stock movement history.

• CUSTOMERS AND DEBT
Save customer information, monitor outstanding balances, record partial payments, and mark debts as fully paid.

• BUSINESS REPORTS
Review daily and monthly revenue, capital, estimated profit, best-selling products, damaged-goods losses, and low-stock products.

• RECEIPTS
Preview receipts and share them as PDF files. Supported Premium features include printing to compatible Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal printers.

• BACKUP AND EXPORT
Create and restore local .kasir backup files. Export transaction data to CSV, with Excel export available as a Premium feature.

• BARCODE SUPPORT
Enter barcodes manually or use barcode scanning when the feature is available on the device and included in your plan.

• LOCAL USER ACCESS
Create a Super User and local operators with PIN-based access. Operator roles and activity history help store owners control access on a shared device.

• MULTIPLE LANGUAGES AND CURRENCIES
Use the app in Indonesian or English. When creating the first Super User, select the store currency, including IDR, INR, MYR, USD, SGD, EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY, THB, or PHP.

PRIVACY AND OFFLINE USE

Products, transactions, customers, debts, local user accounts, and store settings are stored locally on your device. The developer does not provide a server that receives or stores this core business data.

You control where manually exported and backup files are saved through the Android file picker. Protect these files because they may contain business or customer information.

An internet connection may be used for Google services such as Premium purchases, ads in the Free version, consent management, barcode-scanner components, and related verification. Premium users do not see ads served by Offline Cashier.

Offline Cashier does not currently provide cloud synchronization or multi-device access.
