2025-01-10	da*****	Why do I suddenly have to sign in again everytime I want to use my AC remotely? Not only that, but I have to select a country and consent everytime. Doesn't help when it takes 30+ seconds to load (then to be slapped with "something went wrong...") c'mon, guys. It was working fine before, what happened?

2025-01-07	Jo*****	Worked for a week then lost connection. Router still shows it getting an ip just app cannot connect. No way to reset heater. Uninstall reinstall didn't fix either. Waste of time to only work for a week. Just get cheaper model without wifi. Now disconnects two to three times a day. So whatever fix they attempted just broke it even more.

2025-01-01	Ri*****	It's always been slow opening/loading, but has recently started asking me to log in again - which is always annoying, but even more so when - 1. You have to choose your country first - 2. It doesn't save your login information so you have to type it manually every time - 3. I'm then asked to grant consent after I've logged in! I really hope it's just a bug that will be sorted soon.

2024-12-26	Da*****	Very poor experience for such a well known company. Logs in on every load, and sometimes completely forgets and requires a login from scratch. No other smart home company requires constant logins. The app itself works perfectly fine, just a really bad login session experience that needs to be fixed.
