Users of DCI Mobile EVV consistently report frequent crashes, login problems, and unreliable clock in/out features. Many experience endless loading, update failures, and difficulty accessing functions when clocked in, such as the inability to write notes during shifts. The app often demands updates that do not install properly, trapping users in update loops. Customer support and developer contacts are largely unhelpful or non-functional. While the basic clock in/out and interface are sometimes adequate, overall the app frustrates users and complicates time tracking, risking pay and compliance.

This app does not allow notes while clocked in which makes you have to do more either all at the end making others have to wait on you to finish clocking out for them to clock in or having to finish notes then putting you over time or do notes later off the clock and possibly forgetting to do the notes. App needs to allow notes to be taken throughout the shift. half the time there is issues with clock in/out resulting in excessive manual entries

Tried to log in today to see the log-in screen looks very slightly different. Tried to log-in, and waited with a loading icon for 20 minutes before I gave up, tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. Still not letting me log in. Now I have to have my boss fix my times, which they absolutely do not like us doing. The phone number and email on the app store aren't working either. So I risk getting in trouble for tech issues out of my control, or not getting paid. Please FIX THE APP!!!
