DC Coaching Companion

DC Coaching is the companion app designed for athletes with their own coach.
Carry your training plan, progress, and direct communication
with your coach in your pocket—all synchronized with the coach's platform.

TRAINING
• Always up-to-date workout, assigned by your coach
• Record sets, reps, load, and RPE during your workout
• See the prescribed load and "last time" reference for each exercise

DC Coaching uses the same platform as the web app: everything you record is
immediately visible to your coach, who can adapt workouts and plans based on
your actual progress.
