Users gain access to country-specific overviews, essential traveller advice, and local emergency contact numbers, which can be dialed directly from within the app. For urgent situations, the app features an SOS alert and provides speed-dial access to the Drum Cussac 24/7 Global Operations Centre or an alternative designated call centre.
