Features & Capabilities

The norisbank photoTAN extension enables users to approve online and mobile banking orders quickly and securely. Using photoTAN, users scan a graphic to generate a transaction number (TAN) which confirms their orders. For added convenience, the photoTAN push method allows direct confirmation within the app after verifying order details. Security is paramount, safeguarded by user-chosen PINs or biometric authentication.

Please note that as of May 23, 2025, new photoTAN setups are no longer possible. Existing photoTAN methods remain active, while norisbank transitions users to the BestSign security process, consolidating banking and security features within the norisbank app.
