DAZ-NET makes it easy for customers to manage their internet services directly from their mobile phones.

With the DAZ-NET app, customers can:

- View their internet service package and status.
- Check their monthly bill, amount, and due date.
- Choose available payment methods.
- Copy account or e-wallet numbers with one touch.
- Securely upload proof of payment.
- Receive notifications when payments are accepted or declined.
- View payment history and digital receipts.
- Submit complaints about connection, device, billing, or payment issues.
- Monitor the status and responses to complaints.
- Receive DAZ-NET service announcements and information.

For field cashiers, the app also provides billing tasks, payment recording, Bluetooth thermal receipt printing, cashier deposits, and offline transaction storage when the network is unstable.
