DavaSathi offers an advanced medicine search experience with both voice-based search (speech-to-text) and text search options. Users can search by medicine name, brand, category, salt composition, or illness, with intelligent auto-suggestions for faster results.
Each medicine has a detailed product page displaying complete information such as medicine name, description, dosage instructions, images, MRP, discounted price, stock availability, manufacturer details, and salt composition, enabling informed purchasing decisions.
Users can add multiple medicines to their cart, apply available coupon codes, select delivery addresses, and review a detailed order summary before confirming the order.
Once an order is placed, users can track their delivery in real time with clear status updates including Order Placed, Packed, Out for Delivery, and Delivered, along with delivery partner tracking. The app also sends timely notifications for order confirmations, delivery alerts, offers, discounts, and reminders.
