MedSUS

MedSUS is an official application provided by Brazil's Ministry of Health, designed to facilitate access to detailed information about medicines listed in the National List of Essential Medicines (Rename) under the Unified Health System (SUS).

Currently in beta, MedSUS offers technical content tailored for health professionals, with plans to provide citizen-friendly language in future releases. It compiles monographs from the National Therapeutic Form (FTN) supported by reliable, evidence-based sources such as WHO drug forms and Ministry of Health guidelines. Key features include comprehensive drug data (active principles, indications, dosages, interactions), constant real-time updates, search filters by Rename categories, and options to favorite and share medicine information. MedSUS promotes the rational use of medicines by ensuring professionals and the public access trustworthy and updated pharmaceutical information effortlessly.
