After installing the app on my S23 and plugging in my USB device, it tells me to connect or reconnect USB device, can't get pass this point, unfortunately it's passed it return date, purchased from HSN, waste of money, do not buy, wish I could give it no star.

Can't view the photos on the device. I keep getting an error message saying the app has a bug and to contact the developer for a fix. So far, unable to see items I thought I was saving on the device. Don't buy this!
