2024-11-16	He*****	Data cheapest was once the sweetest app, but now it's becoming a nightmare to me, imagine me funding my wallet and not been able to sub for my customers, sometimes I will even send the data but my customer wouldn't receive it,at first I thought it's a lie until it happened to me,I subed for myself and I didn't receive it,and when you complain, the customer service wouldn't respond to you, this is very bad😡😡😡

2024-10-19	Ay*****	I did data to a customer owning Airtel some debt(700) and I did data of 500 to the person and the person didn't get the data and I was debited. I had to refund the person because the person didn't see that data. I reported the issue and all they said is my money is gone it can't be refund. But why??????
