2025-01-19	In*****	I don't know why playstore still allowing this rubbish app on their platform, I would have given zero rating if it were possible. One would transfer money to fund his wallet but won't get credited, worse still you can be stranded for 72hrs without a customer to attend to you. Now my money I don't know where it is for past 24hrs now.

2025-01-01	ol*****	Best app that have never seen but I can rate this app zero star I will because of the experience am facing now i want to make I transfer to my friend because I own him and I mistake transfer the money to my getsub app and am trying to transfer the money back by deposited it to my betting account and I do so and I was debited and my betting account was not credited and have been chatting there customer there are not responding to my message

2024-12-14	Ad*****	They are fraudulent. They charge you for depositing into your wallet which is understandable but why will you not credit the exact amount of data Purchased. When you purchase 10gig data they credit you 9.7gig and that's fraudulent. I complained about this and no response. There are other data apps that doesn't charge you for funding your wallet and you still get the exact data you paid for.

But the major problem is that I at times fund my getsub account and it takes hours to reflect on the app, this has been happening several times and no online customer service to attend to you when they are needed urgently, kindly work on this or this might make a lot of piou quit using the app
