I have received a duplicate product instead of the original, which has caused me a financial loss of 2500 PKR. This is completely unacceptable. I request an immediate return and a full refund of my money. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue; otherwise, I will be forced to escalate this matter further to protect my rights as a consumer. don't use This.app.

Please be careful before ordering anything because the products shown in the app are not always what you actually receive. 2026-05-16	Mo*****	দারাজ এখন বাটপার কোম্পানি হয়ে গেছে। কোন প্রোডাক্ট ফ্রী ডেলিভারি শো করলে সেটা অর্ডার করতে গেলে আরো হাবিজাবি চার্জ সহ ৮৫ টাকা থেকে ১৫০ টাকা ডেলিভারি চার্জ শো করে। আবার অনেক প্রোডাক্ট এডে দেখায় মার্কেটের থেকে কম রেটে তারা দিচ্ছে। কিন্তু অর্ডার করতে গেলে ঠিকই আসল প্রাইজটা তারা চার্জ করে। তাই দারাজকে সবাই বয়কট করেন।❌❌

I had to return item visited three times return point Pannipitiya, because day time we are at office,they cancelled return process quickly(unsatisfied,rude, lazy People there, laughing at us when return),some fake items,cheaters there in market, after return item they don't pay back...I'm trying for a month for just Rs.3400, no option to process a phone re charge . not working....be careful this market. no weekend help/call centre. worst experience.

2026-05-15	re*****	Ordered on 11th May and today is already 15th May, but the parcel is still not delivered even though the store handed it over to Daraz the same day and payment was made in advance. Karachi to Karachi delivery taking this long is a criminal-level service experience and really needs improvement.
