Certainly not very user friendly and support options on the website for troubleshooting are inadequate if you can find anything at all. Will be uninstalling permanently.

2024-09-05	Ke*****	Worked fine at first. Now the app disconnects when it set on at home mode and you can't get back into the app without changing the settings manually at the thermostat making remote access useless.

The app often isnt working, crashing regularly so I can't set anything and have to go to the thermostat to change settings - which is less user friendly. If the app isn't crashing, quite often the device fails to connect, even when both my phone and the thermostat are on the same WiFi. When it all works smoothly it's great, it just rarely works well. We also don't have a choice because this is the system our landlord installed.
