So much better than the default web server that comes with xbmc. The only shortcoming is the custom playlists show up as an .xsp file, but selecting them does nothing. I have to use the web frontend to play those.

I have had this app on 3 different samsung galaxys (S3, S4, A70) for a good 5-6 years to use as a remote for my OG Xbox, and although it was difficult for me to set up each time, once property setup it does great. Make sure your you're on the same network as your xbox, and put your ip static on the xbox, as dhcp sometimes changes it's ip resulting in the app not working
