2023-08-17	Ni*****	Poorest experience ever. I was standing outside of shop to order and walk in to pickup and the app didn't even load the option to add to cart to any food items. ANY FOOD ITEM. Shamful app development and worst experience ever. Im never going back to a danbro outlet ever.

2022-11-15	Sa*****	Poor experience, lady on counter informed my about 50% discount on beverages if I install danbro app, the moment I downloaded and asked how to claim the offer and place my order she said it's not applicable on ice tea you have to buy shake! Really ice tea is not a part of beverage only shakes are? So should I change my eating preference to get discount, deleted the app paid by card Stupid offers, she offered cash back on app later, which I obviously don't want after this experience

2022-05-31	Sh*****	Danbro is making a fool of people by sending fake offers through sms and get them to install app. Once you install the app from the link in the sms and register you see there's no offer in that. I tried calling them, the call was put on hold and then disconnected. Called again and the person handed the phone to someone else who then confidently said 'sir, you had to install the app in front of us and register and then we would've facilitated you with the offer'.

2022-02-14	sa*****	Danbro provides worst service. if you order from here on phone and ask them that if they have prepared your item, they tell you to come and collect the item, but once you come they will make you wait at least half an hour. So never order anything from here else you will end up waiting It happens with three times despite of informing them that it happened with me and do not repeat this.

2021-10-27	Ab*****	Pathetic services. It's not happening for the 1st time. I had ordered on 26th at 6:35pm and till now the order has not been received. Why? I had to call to check whether they have received my order or not. Fortunately they rec'd it but immediately after 5 mins I rec'd a call that few items are not there and my order shall be delivered at 11am today. I waited and at 3:30pm I reminded them. They said that are checking and again after 5 mins I rec'd a call that 2 items are still not there.

Called up your customer care, she suggested to order from Danbro app. I ordered and paid the amount, after 20 minutes, I called up the no. to enquire for delivery at Sapru marg. I was informed they have not received the order. On further inquiry I was informed that the order is cancelled due to technical problem.( I did not get a call from your end to inform cancellation). Can't complain also.
