Orders are delivered to drivers located within a 5 km radius of the order location.

The order appears to all drivers within this radius, and the first driver to accept it gets it — so keep the app open or open regularly so you don't miss any nearby orders.

💰 Simple and Transparent Commission
Only 0.25 Jordanian Dinars is deducted from your in-app wallet for each order. No surprises and no hidden fees.

📦 Clear Details Before Accepting
On the order card, you can see:
* The delivery fee offered by the customer
* The payment amount (the amount you will pay the sender and collect from the recipient)
* Pickup area
* Delivery area

📲 After accepting the order,

You will see complete delivery information:

* Customer name
* Direct call icon
* WhatsApp messaging icon
* Location link on Google Maps

🚚 After receiving the order, click "Start Delivery" to see the final recipient's information.

Upon delivery, click "Complete Order," and you can rate the customer.
