However, repeated, intrusive ads (including forced ads and prompts) dominate gameplay, sometimes persisting even after buying an ad-free option. Some players dislike limited progression/pacing and loss of audio, and a few levels feel unbalanced. Overall, it’s enjoyable in spite of the ad-centric monetization.

Repetitive pacing: after a certain level there's little to do and progress resets are tedious.
No sound in some versions / missing audio reduces the experience.

No sounds. But it's a nice time killer. There are a couple random ads. Every half of an upgrade level it offers an ad supplied upgrade. You can skip it. I don't think you can lose, but simply work your way to the next level. It's not difficult and doesn't increase in difficulty. Just grind and destroy. Edit: 3 years later an ad forced installed this game. still no sounds by the way.
