The International University of Peace Paths was established in 2025 in Tobruk. Its philosophy behind establishing colleges is to create a distinguished academic institution that serves Tobruk and the surrounding areas. This institution is capable of adhering to the highest international standards of quality in teaching, training, and scientific research for students and faculty members, which positively reflects on meeting the community's needs for national talent. The colleges' principles are based on the use of the latest technology in teaching, training, and scientific research, through the provision of modern and advanced curricula that keep pace with scientific progress, in order to graduate students with international standards. To this end, the colleges provide comprehensive care for their students from the time they enroll and throughout their academic years until graduation and obtaining their degrees, under the supervision of elite faculty members and technical and administrative staff. Students receive basic theoretical and practical knowledge within the curriculum for each academic year. The college administration, through its departments, strives to provide all the necessary capabilities for the success of the educational process, both theoretical and practical, in accordance with international requirements, achieving international standards of quality and accreditation by international organizations.
