Recent reviews

I used Ezbuy’s ezship service for US purchases. One item was missing after repackaging at the US warehouse. I emailed customer service several times, but they kept avoiding the issue and told me to check with the merchant—even though I had already confirmed with the merchant that the item was shipped together. If Ezbuy repackages items but does not check what they send out, then there is no quality control. This is very disappointing service.
