Recent reviews

The service is highly inconsistent: transfers sometimes arrive instantly, but other times they take several days or even a week. Customer support is poor, chat responses are slow, different agents handle the same case, and they keep asking the same questions all over again. In one case, they held my money for two weeks and then refunded it with a generic ‘technical issues’ explanation, which was frustrating and unprofessional
