DagFörDag – visual schedule

DagFörDag makes the day predictable. Instead of spoken instructions, your child – or you – see one picture at a time: what is happening now, what comes next, and how much is left.

Built for children and adults with ADHD or autism, but useful for anyone who feels calmer knowing what the day holds.

HOW IT WORKS
• Morning and evening routines with pictures, emoji or your own photos
• Check things off with one tap, or skip what did not happen today
• Day and week views, so the whole week is visible at a glance
• Focus mode shows ONE activity at a time for anyone easily overwhelmed

PRIVACY
No ads and no tracking. Data is stored within the EU. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app.
