DaddyGrown is a quiet logbook for dads who like to keep their own record of how their kid is growing — without algorithms telling them what to do.

Open the Today screen and you'll see your child's age, latest height and weight, plus how many feedings, sleeps and notes today already has. Tap a tile to drill into a section, or use the bottom bar.

What you can track:

- Height and weight, with a small two-line chart that shows the trend over time
- What your child ate, when, and how much
- Naps and night sleep, with durations
- Milestones — the first smile, the first word, the first park visit
- Plain text notes, for things you want to remember or bring up later

DaddyGrown does not nag, score or recommend. It does not compare your kid to anyone else. It simply remembers what you wrote down, so you don't have to.

The whole app lives on your device. No account, no cloud, no internet permission. If you uninstall, the data goes with it.
