SwimBuilder is a simple and intelligent app for swimmers who want well-structured workouts without wasting time planning sets.

You input a desired distance range, and the app automatically generates a complete, balanced workout ready to use in the pool.

Each workout follows a clear logic, inspired by spreadsheets and traditional swimming methods, divided into four phases:

• Warm-up
• Build-up
• Core
• Cool-down

The distance is adjusted in 100-meter blocks, respecting realistic limits to avoid inconsistent or poorly designed workouts.

How it works

• SwimBuilder calculates the distribution between phases
• Exercises are automatically selected to create a balanced workout, respecting the chosen distance and the equipment provided
• The workout is generated in an organized format and also in a single text file, ready to copy and share
