2025-12-05	ya*****	صراحة أسوأ تجربة مرت علي مع تطبيق هدايا وصلتني هدية خربانة وكلمت خدمة العملاء كل اللي يعرفونه يقولونه "نحتاج رقم الطلب" وأنا أصلاً ما عندي الرقم فوقها ما عندهم واتساب ولا أي طريقة تواصل سريعة تواصلت بالإيميل ودزّيت لهم فيديو وصور مثل ما طلبوا… وانتظرت ٩ أيام على أمل يحلّون الموضوع وآخر شي يرجعون يقولون "نحتاج رقم الطلب" مرة ثانية حتى كلمت السايق اللي وصّل الطلب، قال لي: "أنا شركة توصيل… ما أعرف ولا لي شغل." تطبيق ما فيه أي احترافية، ولا خدمة عملاء، ولا احترام لفلوس الناس لا تضيعوووون فلوسكم
