in the past 2 days I've played a white and a black trial of the planes..and neither one has shown progression at all....it's starting to irritate me....nothing like spending in game currency for nothing to happen...I will not be playing anymore until this issue is addressed

Game keeps showing that I have "2" in shop, but nothing is there for me. also, the game keeps resetting itself each time I come out it and not sure why it is happening. I play without the sound intentionally especially if I am in a crowded area. I will change to 5 stars if those items are corrected
