• Custom PWS server: running an RTL-SDR weather receiver (RTL Server), Weather Display's PWS Open API, or any server that mirrors the Weather Underground API? Point the app at it and get readings straight from your own network — no API key, no cloud account, and live updates as fast as every 5 seconds.
• No station? No problem. Enter a ZIP code or use your location for the full NOAA forecast: hourly, 7-day, severe weather alerts, and animated radar. Free, anywhere in the United States (Canadian forecasts via Environment Canada).

• Animated NEXRAD radar: composite MRMS or single-site detail with loops from 30 minutes up to 24 hours
• Base velocity and correlation coefficient products — watch rotation and debris signatures, not just rain
• Historic scan playback: pick a past date and time and replay the storm
• Import custom GRLevelX .pal color tables, or scrub the dBZ scale with numeric ticks
