2026-03-14	Pe*****	Very Low level of customer service. Sometimes it takes days to get any response. I had a problem with Bonus Rewards that didn't show. They said they would look into it and a week later still nothing. The app keeps crashing when signing in. This app is only good when it works. A lot of bugs with this. Update: I got the physical card which came by FedEx in good time, but the card had issues right from the start. Every merchant that used the card showed a "Transaction Failed." But money left acct.
