The e-PRIAM just got smarter. With the new e-PRIAM app from CYBEX, you will get even more benefits from this revolutionary e-stroller. Download the app to unlock the Rocking function – enabling you to set the e-PRIAM to rock back and forth automatically. Whenever your child needs calming down, activate rocking to gently soothe them to sleep. Choose between three intensity levels and set the rocking duration for up to 30 minutes.

Enjoy a more comfortable journey with your child by choosing the Support Mode on the app. Choose between two modes for optimized assistance when you need it: ECO to save battery charge on longer strolls or TOUR for maximum power on hills or rough ground.

Lifesaver product with a seamless connection after updates.
Electric assist is appreciated for rough terrain.
Automatic rocking feature is convenient.

Frequent connectivity issues, especially with Bluetooth.
Poor functionality on newer phones and Android versions.
Described as 'terribly broken' in both UI and UX.

Please do not phase out this app. It's 1 million times more reliable than the new Cybex app. Please keep it working as removing it will effectively break functionality and the related pram usage.

It's a 50/50 chance the phone will connect to the stroller

A €1200 stroller where the app literally doesn't work on the three phones I've tried (can't connect over Bluetooth) and the stroller actively fights against you by going into calibration error modes. My favorite was when wheels locked up in the middle of a busy intersection. Absolute DO NOT BUY recommendation. This company is trading on their name alone and clearly does not care about or support this product.
