Kiroku is a simple dojo training journal for amateur karate students who want to keep a clear record of every practice session. The app helps you capture the date, main technique focus, total floor time, and perceived effort for each training in just a few taps. Each saved entry appears as a colored belt strip hanging from a wall-mounted rack, turning your training history into a visual display that feels familiar and motivating. The Rack tab works as your home dashboard, showing three cedar plaque counters for sessions this week, total minutes, and hard sessions. Below those counters, the recent strip rack displays the latest three training entries so you can see your current momentum at a glance. A quick plus button from the Rack tab opens the New Entry screen for fast session capture. The New Entry tab provides a single-page form where you enter the practice date, focus, minutes, and intensity level. You can choose Light, Moderate, or Hard intensity, and the saved belt strip shows effort through its fold count. The Logbook tab keeps a searchable chronological list of every training entry you have created. From the Logbook, tapping any belt strip lets you edit the details or delete the entry when needed. All changes appear immediately across the app so your dashboard and boards stay up to date. The Focus Board groups your training entries by technical focus and shows how many times each focus has been practiced. All of your training data is stored locally on your device, so you can review your dojo sessions without setting up an account or relying on a connection. Kiroku is especially useful for beginner martial artists and parents who want to build a steady weekly practice habit in a straightforward and visual way.
