Choose the country code, enter or paste a phone number, and open the chat. Add a message first if you like. No contact needs to be created in your phonebook.

Make room for the follow-up
Need to check back with a customer or confirm something later? Set a reminder and return to the conversation when it is time. Enable notifications to receive reminder alerts.

Get started in three steps
