Our analysis shows strong appreciation for courteous, attentive CVS pharmacists, quick prescription fulfillment, and a generally user-friendly interface with helpful messaging. However, the app suffers from frequent instability and login issues, prescription management problems (auto-renewals without consent and outdated prescriptions), and in-store usability hurdles (in-store app access and barcode capture). Promotions/rewards can be intrusive or unreliable. Overall, service quality is praised, but technical/UX flaws are widespread.

I'm writing an update so that I can change my rating from two stars to one star. This app is horrible for trying to shop. I can't select the item that I want to have shipped because the app is so focused on trying to make you select a store and track your location! This is horrible customer service.
