Can't access my router with this app. It used to work fine. Now, for no reason, it won't connect to my router on my Android or my wife's Apple. It won't "on board" a previous or new router. I can log in to the router through ethernet, but it will not let me change any settings because it says I must use the app, which won't work. I put in a help ticket with CVEC 24 hours ago, and there has been no response yet.

Internet is fast and amazing but the app needs updating. Devices will go missing or not appear on the app even if they have tried to connect to the Internet. If this gets fixed I will most definitely change my rating
