You can also integrate your MS365 calendar events with your availability status, such as marking yourself unavailable during meetings, so others know when you can’t be reached.

Your company’s contact details and your colleagues’ availability are clearly visible in one view, making communication easier. You can also access customer interaction history, open cases, and much more directly from the directory.

Personal Call Details
Quickly check who has called and when. With the app, you can listen to call recordings, send text messages, and return missed calls. Additionally, you can schedule and manage call-related tasks for yourself, a colleague, or the entire team, helping to keep everything organized and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

Teams
Easily manage and monitor your teams. Join teams to handle calls, especially during peak times when call queues grow. You can also review team calls and manage tasks assigned to your team, ensuring workflows remain efficient and all tasks are completed. This feature consolidates all open cases, call-related tasks (e.g., missed and interrupted calls, call-back requests), and task management into a single view. This lets you see at a glance what tasks remain and efficiently track and manage case progress.

Requirements for Use
To use the Cuuma Mobile app, your company must subscribe to Cuuma’s customer service solution, and you need a user account for the Cuuma service.
