Experiences lots of lag, not very good for a SAFETY app

I logged in with my Alumni account information. When I tried to "Submit Vaccine Verification", I was taken to the "Confirm Your Details" screen, tapped "Next", and received the following message: "it looks like your session might have timed out. Please sign out, and try again." I am unable to upload my vaccine verification information as I cannot get passed this screen.
