Additionally, the app sometimes provides outdated or non-Chicago focused information, reducing its relevance to city residents.

Recent reviews

A frustrating app. I really only use it for the alerts, and even those are inconsistent. There are two alert categories: "Emergency" and "General Information" and these categories seem randomly applied. White Sox games end up in Emergencies and unannounced road closures end up in General Information. A simple calendar of all big events in the upcoming week would be a great addition, as well as proper categorizing of alerts.
