User Reviews

The majority of reviews focus on negative themes: intrusive ads and unsure pricing, billing issues, poor WearOS/watch support, reliability and installation problems, and concerns about the app not being official. A handful of users find it usable or pleasant on certain devices, but the dominant sentiment centers on ad fatigue, unclear costs, and limited smartwatch integration.

Pros

Some users report the app works for them and provides useful features.
Several reviewers call it a "great app" or say they like it.
On some devices (e.g., Samsung Galaxy Watch) it reportedly runs, albeit with caveats.
Some feedback describes the app as fresh and offering new Alexa-like options.

Cons

Ads and paywall dominate the experience: users report paying for the app yet ads still pop up or ads are pervasive (e.g., pay $20/month or you get ads; ads after ads).
Pricing transparency and billing issues: reviewers note unclear costs, and at least one reports a fraud alert or charge without clear justification.
WearOS/watch compatibility limitations: basic WearOS support is lacking; the Pro version only offers WearOS features, and some reviews mention the app disabling the watch or not working well on wear devices.
Reliability and installation problems: reports include slow installation/downloads, installs failing, and the app not functioning reliably (downgrading Alexa, bugs).
Not an official app / legitimacy concerns and feature gaps: multiple reviews state it is not the official Amazon app and point to missing core Alexa capabilities (calls/texts) without extra apps.
