Wonderful app that reduces the last mile problem of finding qualified technicians to fix home appliances. The feature that tracks the status of the fix is particularly useful - no more second guessing "what's happening with my mixie?". Thoughtful user experience! I hope they roll this out to all zip codes ASAP.
